2021 T20 World Cup Man of the Series
T20 World Cup 2021 was won by the Australian Cricket Team, where Australia opener David Warner played a starring role in the team’s first-ever ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Win. He was chosen as a player in the tournament for his effort with the bat. He scored 289 runs in just 7 innings with a 48.16 average.
2016 T20 World Cup Man of the Series
T20 World Cup 2016 was won by the West Indies Cricket Team, but the man of the tournament award was won by Indian Cricketer Virat Kohli 2nd time who performed again with the bat. The star Indian batsman scored 273 runs in the tournament, which included three half-centuries. with an average of 136.50.
2014 T20 World Cup Man of the Series
T20 World Cup 2014 was won by the Sri Lanka Cricket Team, but the man of the tournament award was won by Indian Cricketer Virat Kohli who performed with the bat. In the lead-up to the final match, the star Indian batsman scored 242 runs in the five matches at an average of 121.
2012 T20 World Cup Man of the Series
Although T20 World Cup 2012 was won by the West Indies Cricket Team, but the man of the series was won by Australia allrounder Shane Watson who batted 6 innings in the tournament scoring a total of 249 runs at an average of 49.80, he also took 11 wickets at an eco rate of 7.33 with his extremely useful medium-pace balling.
2010 T20 World Cup Man of the Series
T20 World Cup 2010 was won by the England Cricket Team, where English cricketer Kevin Pieterson was named man of the tournament for his vital contribution with the bat, which ended with Pietersen being the 2nd highest run-scorer with 248 runs at an average of 62.00 and a strike rate of 137.77.
2009 T20 World Cup Man of the Series
T20 World Cup 2009 was won by the Pakistan Cricket Team, but the man of the tournament award was won by the runner-up team’s Sri Lanka allrounder Tillakaratne Dilshan. He has played brilliant with his bat and scored 317 runs in 7 matches with 3 half-centuries.
2007 T20 World Cup Man of the Series
The 2007 T20 World Cup was the first-ever ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, the trophy was won by the Indian Cricket Team and Pakistani Cricketer Shahid Afridi win the Man of the Series Title. He takes 12 wickets at an eco rate of 15.66, he was the 2nd highest wicket-taker in the tournament and with the bat, Afridi scored 91 runs at 15.16 having the best score of 46.
