The league start with its first match between Brisbane Heat vs Melbourne Star on 7th December 2022 and will end on 24th January 2023 with the final match between the top two teams. Big Bash League 2023-24 Schedule
A total of 56 group stage matches are to be played by 8 teams, all the matches will be played in Australia from 7th December 2023 to 24th February 2024. Eight teams will come up against each other across 44 games in the round-robin format, followed by the knockout matches. The knockout stage comprises 4 games – the Eliminator, the Qualifier, the Knockout, the Challenger, and ultimately, the big Final, which will be played on 4th February.
