On 08th December 2022, BCCI shared the complete schedule from January 2023 to March 2023. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the schedule for the upcoming Mastercard home series against Sri Lanka. Both the cricket board also announced the squad for the T20 and ODI series 2023.
On 28th December 2022, The Sri Lanka selection committee announced Sri Lanka’s squad for the 3 matches MasterCard T20 series and 3 matches One Day series against India.
